A meeting of the Board of Advanced Studies & Research (BASR) was held on Thursday, April 25, 2024 at GIFT University, Gujranwala. The meeting was chaired by the Rector, GIFT University, Prof. Dr. Shahid Qureshi in the presence of external and internal experts. He urges the faculty to pursue applied research, in line with the University’s vision – Converting Knowledge into Practical Experience through an entrepreneurial mindset. The external experts Prof. Dr. Mansoor Sarwar, Vice-Chancellor University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, Prof. Dr. Waseem Anwar, Professor of English & Director – International Center for Pakistani Writing in English, Kinnaird College for Women, Lahore and Dr. Naumana Amjad, Professor and Former Dean, Social Sciences NUR International University Lahore, appreciated the GIFT University for its diligent efforts in promotion of quality Education, Cutting-Edge Research and Innovative Entrepreneurial Strategies.
