Founder and Chairman GIFT University Muhammad Anwar Dar met with the High Commissioner of Pakistan to Sri Lanka

The primary objective of this meeting was to explore how GIFT University's entrepreneurial students can identify and capitalize on business opportunities in Sri Lanka. The focus was on analyzing Sri Lanka's key imports and determining how Pakistan—especially our graduating students—can offer competitive, export-ready solutions. As an entrepreneurial university, GIFT aims to equip its students with the skills to assess global markets, identify economic and technical gaps, and contribute to Pakistan's economic development through practical engagement and international trade.

The discussion also emphasized promoting cultural exchange and academic collaboration between Pakistan and Sri Lanka. Efforts are being made to encourage Sri Lankan students to pursue higher education in Pakistan, especially at GIFT University, thereby strengthening people-to-people ties and fostering regional cooperation.
