As part of its commitment to women’s health, the Fatima Jinnah Professional Forum annually organizes Breast Cancer Awareness initiatives at GIFT University. These programs raise awareness about early diagnosis, preventive health practices, and access to medical consultation, empowering women to take informed decisions regarding their health and quality of life.
The GIFT Wellness Center provides a confidential and supportive environment where female students can prioritize their mental health, guided predominantly by female professionals.
To ensure immediate medical support and healthcare accessibility on campus, GIFT University has appointed a dedicated female medical officer. This facility provides primary healthcare services, health consultations, and emergency assistance specifically designed to address the needs of female students and employees in a comfortable and secure environment.
The NutriCraft Care Lounge & Cafe provides guidance on healthy lifestyle practices and balanced nutrition for female students and staff.
To further support health monitoring, a BMI (Body Mass Index) machine has been installed, enabling students and staff to assess their body composition and receive basic guidance on maintaining a healthy weight and overall well-being.
In collaboration with Qarshi, GIFT University regularly organizes Qarshi Herbal Medicine Clinics on campus. These clinics provide health consultations and herbal treatment guidance, offering natural and preventive healthcare solutions for female students and staff while also creating awareness about holistic wellness practices.
The Centre for Social Integration at GIFT University, in collaboration with the Qarshi Foundation, organizes Community Free Medical Camps to improve access to essential healthcare services for underserved communities. The camps provide free medical consultations, basic health screenings, and guidance on preventive healthcare practices.
Physical health and active lifestyles are further supported through the Women’s Center Gym Club, which provides female students and employees with a dedicated fitness facility in a safe and comfortable environment. Regular exercise opportunities encourage women to maintain physical fitness, reduce stress, and improve overall health outcomes.

Complementing these facilities, the university has initiated Yoga exercises where guided yoga sessions and wellness activities are conducted. These sessions focus on improving mental well-being, stress management, physical flexibility, and emotional balance, helping women maintain a healthy mind–body connection while managing academic and professional responsibilities.
The Center for Student Mentorship (CSM) at GIFT University has been actively working since its establishment to promote women empowerment and the betterment of female students both within the university and in the surrounding community. GIFT University strongly believes that education is essential for everyone and that empowering women through education plays a vital role in social and economic development.
