25th Academic Council Meeting (ACM) at GIFT University

A meeting of the 25th Academic Council Meeting (ACM) was held on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at GIFT University, Gujranwala. The meeting was chaired by the Rector, GIFT University Gujranwala, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Shahid Qureshi in the presence of external and internal experts. Mr. Muhammad Anwar Dar, Chairman GIFT University, Ms. Zahida Azhar, Additional Secretary (Universities), Government of the Punjab, Higher Education Department, Mr. Hidayat Ullah Kasi, Deputy Director Academics, Higher Education Commission of Pakistan, Dr. Shaukat Ali Brah, Management Consultant & Founding Rector (KSBL), Dr. Shafey Shamial, Professor, Department of Computer Sciences (LUMS), Prof. Dr. Naveed A. Malik, Former-Rector Virtual University of Pakistan, Deans, HoDs, Faculty Members, and Directors graced the meeting.

The meeting was convened to review and deliberate on the new and revised curricula of various academic programs, consider the establishment of new faculties, and discuss the University's overall academic vision and strategic direction.
