Seminar on Family Business | Dr. Arif Iqbal Rana

Centre for Social Entrepreneurship had the privilege of hosting Dr. Arif Iqbal Rana, Pro-Rector at the University of Lahore (UoL) and one of the founding faculty members of LUMS, for an insightful session on Family Business Management. Students and faculty members engaged enthusiastically as Dr. Rana unpacked real-time challenges faced by family-owned enterprises, from leadership transitions and governance gaps to conflict resolution, succession planning, and transparency issues. He also shared practical, research-based solutions and strategies to overcome these concerns, making the session deeply enriching and relatable.
