Somali Embassy Delegation visits GIFT University

GIFT University Launches Landmark Academic Ties with Somali Embassy in Islamabad- Pakistan in collaboration with Gujranwala Business Centre GIFT University hosted a delegation from the Somali Embassy in Islamabad, including Deputy High Commissioner Yasin Mire Mohamud and Second Secretary Mr. Mohamed Abdirahman. A high-level team from the Gujranwala Business Centre (GBC) explored international business opportunities, while the Centre for Social Entrepreneurship (CSE) showcased student-led ventures reflecting GIFT’s vision for socioeconomic growth. The delegates also praised GIFT’s vibrant campus and academic environment. Founder & Chairman, GIFT University Muhammad Anwar Dar announced Fully Funded Scholarships, including hostel accommodation, for Somali students, marking Phase 1 of a long-term partnership. Future phases will include faculty/student exchange and joint research initiatives, positioning GIFT University as a growing hub of academic diplomacy and global engagement.
