Prof. Peter Lund-Thomsen from Copenhagen Business School visits GIFT University

Prof. Peter L Thomsen, a globally recognized scholar from Copenhagen Business School (CBS) and expert in sustainability and development, visited GIFT University after expressing admiration for its unique Education to Entrepreneurship model. During his visit, he met with Founder & Chairman Muhammad Anwar Dar, Rector Prof. Dr. Shahid Qureshi, senior management, and faculty. He praised GIFT’s unorthodox and impactful approach to higher education, particularly the work of its Centres, including the Centre for Social Entrepreneurship, as well as the university’s state-of-the-art labs and student-focused facilities. This productive engagement paved the way for a promising collaboration between GIFT University and CBS, especially through SFADA under the leadership of Dr. Husnain Sethi. Areas of collaboration include research on eco-friendly projects, faculty exchange programs, and broader academic initiatives.
