The bachelors degree in business administration (B.B.A.) is designed keeping in view the emerging global business requirements. In the first two years a diverse set of courses in the disciplines of Management Sciences, Basic Sciences and Social Sciences are offered to groom the students as well as build a well rounded personality. In the last two years the focus of the program shifts towards in-depth understanding of the various dimensions of business, that is, marketing, human resources, finance, accounting, and operations management.
Main Features
The main features of the programme are as follows.
Application of latest techniques of Finance, Marketing & Management and Information Technology in global business organizations.
Economic and behavioural perspectives, conducting business negotiations, HRM, Marketing Techniques and Operations Management.
Skills to balance competitive strategic planning with operational choices and to maximize human and organizational resources for productivity demands.
A B.B.A. project is carried out in the fourth year.
Two internships, one in the social sector and one in a business / industry are carried out.
